I went on torkliftcentral.com just looking for one hitch part. That was it. Then I started clicking around and found a bunch of camper and towing stuff I didn’t even know they had.
way more options than the other sites I checked. Made it easier to compare parts. Less jumping around. Less hassle. Nice...

I was kept in the loop throughout the order, which I appreciated. The messages were clear and easy to follow, so I never really felt confused about what was going on. One reply did take a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, communication was good and yeah, I’d use them again.

I ordered from torkliftcentral and the shipping was decent. Got the tracking info quick, and the box showed up the day it said it would, so no complaints there. The box had a couple little dents and scuffs, but whatever, the stuff inside was fine. It wasn’t crazy fast or anything, but it got here when expected and there wasn’t any hassle. I’d probably order from them again

I ordered from Torklift Central my first reaction was kind of like, okay cool, this seems simple enough. The product info was easy to find and they did get back to me when I had a question, so no complaints there. But then the wait started dragging on longer than I expected, and I was like, seriously, is this still not done? It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just a little annoying because I had planned around a faster turnaround. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s probably totally fine.

Torklift Central does seem like a legit company, and the fact that they’ve been around for a while made me feel a little more comfortable checking them out. I didn’t get any shady vibes, which is always a plus.

That said, the info on the site felt a bit all over the place. Some things were easy enough to understand, but other details took way more digging than I expected. I also got frustrated because it felt like the terms or conditions weren’t totally consistent, like things changed depending on where I looked.

Overall, I’d probably give them 3 stars. They seem trustworthy enough, but the unclear info and changing terms would make me pause and compare with other options before actually buying.

The prices seemed fair to me. Nothing felt overpriced, and for what you’re getting, it makes sense. Straightforward and reasonable.

The ordering process was straightforward, and I was kind of expecting some delayed backorder notice to show up, but that never happened. The part came through without any hassle, and I’d definitely use them again.

I had them make a custom bracket for my setup, and overall I’m happy with how it came out. It fit well and did exactly what I needed it to do. The only thing I would’ve liked was a bit quicker communication with updates, but the final result was solid.

It almost makes me wonder if it was handled kind of carelessly before it got to me, because a few areas already looked more worn than they should. It’s not a bad product, but I definitely expected it to stay in better shape for longer.
